🕐 SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS
Your orders are shipped within 24 hours on working days (excluding weekends). Shipments go out Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Friday for Mondial Relay.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days in France and Belgium, 3 to 8 working days for the rest of Europe and the French overseas territories (excluding Réunion), and up to 15 days for the rest of the world. The delivery time for each shipping method is shown at checkout.

📍 Réunion (shipped from our shop in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains)
- La Poste Réunion: free, no minimum purchase

📍 Other French overseas departments (jewellery only)
- Tracked letter: €3.90 · free from €70

📍 Europe
- Germany: €4.90 · free from €70
- Spain: pick-up point €4.90 · free from €70, or home delivery €7.90 · free from €90
- Switzerland: €10.90 regardless of order value
- Other European Union countries: €7.90 · free from €90

📍 Rest of the world
- Tracked home delivery: €10.90 regardless of order value

Good to know: in Switzerland and outside the European Union, import fees may be charged on delivery.

🔁 RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
Changed your mind? Contact us on WhatsApp or by email at lucie@lesnicolettes.com with your order number within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we refund you to your original payment method as soon as we receive your parcel. Full details are available in our returns policy.
