Fast Shipping

Orders placed before 10 a.m. (Paris time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. are shipped the next day(excluding weekends).

Shipments are made Monday through Friday, except for Mondial Relay: only Tuesday through Friday.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on your location and the shipping provider you choose.

14-day Return Policy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Just send an email to lucie@lesnicolettes.com with your order number. Returns are at your expense and responsibility. Refunds will be made to your original payment method once the return has been received.
